Visa Categories
“All visa applicants, with an exception of an Airport Transit Visa, are required to provide Travel Insurance.”
The guidelines on this site will help you prepare your application as
accurately as possible and to prevent any processing delays. Applicants are
strongly advised to submit photocopies of their documentation unless originals
have been requested for.
The Embassy of Belgium in London strongly recommends the listed documents for
the following types of visas:
Some students traveling to the
Benelux countries for a
field trip will need to contact the authority below for further
information if one of the following criteria apply:

Be a pupil at a general education primary, secondary school or sixth form
college.

Be on an organized school trip with the school/ be accompanied by a teacher
from the school.

Have a valid passport or travel document in his/her own name.

Have evidence in his/her passport of their residency status in the
UK
(a stamp or document within the passport which confirms that he/she is
currently resident in the
UK
).
