Security Information
The Belgium Visa Application Centre is located on the ground floor of 1-8
Bateman’s Building.
Applicants should make use of the entry phone to gain access to the Application
Centre and follow the directions of our security personnel. In the interest of
safety and security, please refrain from visiting office suites other than the
Visa Application Centre. Applicants are also requested to use their personal
mobile phones within the Belgium Visa Application Centre only or step outside
the Building premises for prolonged conversations.
All bags such as travel bags, suitcases, will not be permitted.
Note: There is no facility at the centre to store prohibited items. You will
have to make alternate arrangements to keep the same before entry into centre.
Please approach any of our team members for assistance at any time during your
visit to the Centre.
