Visa Fees 2009
Visa Fees applicable from 1st of September, 2009 for various visa types are
listed in the table below:

Please Note:

The applicable visa fee in Pound Sterling (£) is as per the current exchange
rate. It is subject to change without notice. The fee is non-refundable.

The following categories of applicants are exempted of Visa fees only :
• Spouse and Dependent Children of EU Nationals (Proof of EU
Nationality and
relationship with applicants needs to be
provided).
• Children under 6.
• Pupils, Students and their accompanying Teachers travelling
for Study or Training
purposes.

The following countries which have bi-lateral ties with Belgium will pay £31.50
Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Russia, Ukraine and
Moldova (Transit and C Type visas only).

There is a service charge of £24
(inclusive of VAT) applicable per application over and above the visa fees for
all applicants.

The Special Delivery facility for the return of processed applications is
available at a fee of £7.40 (Inclusive of VAT) per application. Please send a
separate postal order of £7.40 per applicant, if sending your application by
post. This is an optional service.

The Visa fees can be paid by Credit/Debit card (only at the Visa
Application Centre)
or Postal Orders in the name of Belgium Visa Application Centre,
London. Fees in Cash will also be accepted at the Centre.

Postal Applications must be accompanied by a Postal Order of the exact
value of the applicable fees and a separate postal order of £7.40 per
applicant for the return of processed passports. Cash should not be
sent with a Postal Application.

There will be no refund of any excess amount that is sent along with the
application. Cheque payments and direct bank transfers are not accepted either.

All fees are non-refundable.
